  • Booking Policy

A $50 deposit is required when booking an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. As our tattoo sessions are quite large and we usually book far in advance, this deposit is to ensure that each client is serious and committed to their booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the appointment. Please double check the booking procedure, date and time.

If client has prepaid voucher for PMU service, Please mention the prepaid voucher while you make the booking and $50 deposit will be refunded on the day after the procedure.

  • Payment

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard and Cash.

  • Cancellation / No show

Clients who do not attend or who cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit deposit. More than 72 hours’ notice required for reschedule and we only allow clients to reschedule appointment once.

  • Late

More than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will be considered as a no show.

  • Rewards/Voucher/Promotion

Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Promotions can not be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts. Promotion and prepaid voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date.

$50 credit rewards for next treatment is only redeemable for cosmetic injection service by XZ Aesthetics when client spends $300 or more. Reservation is essential and other terms and conditions applies by XZ Aesthetics Pty Ltd.

  • Existing Tattoo

If you have pre-existing cosmetic tattooing and are interested in a cover-up/re-work of the existing tattoo, we ask that you email us some clear photos of your tattoo prior to booking your appointment as we must assess your skin and existing tattoo first, to ensure that your ideal outcome is achievable before we book you in. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured or larger than ideal, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work process to get the best possible result for you. Artist is able to refuse to do the procedure for the reason, such as high expectations from clients.

  • Guarantee and Refund

Procedural and skin types vary, as does the level of aftercare taken by clients. The outcome of the procedure can be affected by this as well as by the symmetry of the facial features, the skin type and tone, underlying blood vessels etc. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the best possible results, we unfortunately cannot guarantee results. We will always do our best to rectify or adjust where deemed necessary to get the outcome that you desire. We do not offer refunds for our services.

 

  • Minors and Companions

Intradermal procedures require the full concentration of your technician. In the interest of you receiving her undivided attention, as well as hygiene and health & safety reasons, children and minors are not permitted in the studio during a procedure. They also unfortunately cannot be left unattended outside of the studio. We therefore request that you make suitable arrangements for off site childcare.

We kindly ask that mobile phones and other portable devices be switched off for the entire duration of the appointment. Treatments can last several hours and these requests are made in order that you can fully relax and enjoy your treatment, whilst your technician gives you her best and undivided attention. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated.
